By creating an account or using polydap, you agree to these terms. Please read them, and the Disclosures, carefully.

What polydap is

polydap is an informational monitoring and analytics tool that surfaces large or unusual activity on public prediction markets (Polymarket) and the wallets behind it. It is for information and entertainment only.

Not financial or betting advice

polydap does not provide financial, investment, legal, or betting advice. Nothing in the product is a recommendation to make, hold, or close any position. You are solely responsible for your own decisions. See the Disclosures for details.

Eligibility & accounts

• You must be at least 18 and capable of forming a binding contract.
• You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.
• You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you, including any rules about prediction markets in your jurisdiction.

Subscriptions & payments

• Pro is a recurring subscription billed monthly through Stripe at the price shown at checkout.
• It renews automatically until you cancel; you can cancel anytime and retain Pro until the end of the paid period.
• Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable for partial periods.
• Promotional codes may grant access on the terms stated with the code and can be limited or withdrawn.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service: no scraping or bulk extraction beyond normal use, no reselling or redistributing our data, no attempts to break security or disrupt the service, and no unlawful use.

Data accuracy & availability

Market data comes from third-party sources and our own heuristics. It may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate, and the service may change or be unavailable. polydap is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, polydap and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any trading, betting, or investment losses, arising from your use of the service.

Termination

You may stop using polydap and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms or to comply with law.

Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
